I have "pulseaudio/slider" and "backlight/slider" modules, both support scrolling, even though it's not documented in the man pages (waybar-pulseaudio-slider, waybar-backlight-slider).
The scroll is buggy, it only works in one direction, and it's flickery, compared to the much better scroll provided in the pulseaudio and backlight modules. It would be great to turn it off or make it better.
DETAILS
I have tried disabling natural scroll, isolating a slider module so it's not nested inside other elements, changing "on-scroll-..." behavior, none of this worked, meaning it's probably an issue in the module itself, hope it helps!
