Related Problem

I want to be able to use nuget.org & clearly know if a package is deprecated.

The Elevator Pitch

Currently a number of projects have been archived on github however the packages are still showing as active on nuget.org and as such it should be possible for a user to request deprecation of a package. This request is automatically approved if the github repo is archived but if not owners are emailed.

Additional Context and Details

It's not even possible to raise a github issue to get it deprecated due to archived github projects not having the ability for new github issis to be created.
