问题描述（Describe）

打开数据源创建页面,创建oracle类型数据源,点击测试联通性按钮,连接正常.创建oracle top sql扫描任务,发现无top sql数据,日志有连接失败报错.

原因

Ping()方法会截断#号后的字符,导致连接失败

如何复现（To Reproduce）

创建一个密码带#号的oracle数据源账户
在sqle添加该数据源,点击测试联通性按钮,发现联通性正常
创建该数据源的oracle top sql扫描任务,发现无数据,查看有下图类似日志
