Block scrolling (similar to block pinch zoom)

A way to block unwanted scrolling - Similar to "block pinch zoom".

I want to use rnote for adding visuals to screen casts on Windows 11. Unfortunately, sometimes the palm rejection does not work perfectly, and the canvas scrolls a few pixels. Then, I often have to re-record the whole video again, because scrolling in the illustration does not look good.

A UI setting / menu item that is similar to "block pinch zoom", but it blocks scrolling.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can somewhat work around this issue by being really careful in how I put my and on the touch screen before draing, but this is not 100% reliable and also somewhat annoying.
