When pasting items from one diagram to another the pasted item appears at a location with coordinates consistent with the previous diagram, not the mouse location
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a diagram with elements on it (ideal spread far apart such that the digram must be scrolled)
create a new blank diagram
Copy an element on the old diagram (cmd+c or ctr+c)
Paste on the new diagram (cmd+v)
Observe that the new location is related not obviously to the cursor location but to the location on the previous diagram.
Expected behavior
The pasted object appears at the mouse location on the current diagram
