Random crashes on Windows 10

Hello, HexChat has always randomly crashed on my brother's computer since we installed it. Tried un-installing, re-installing several times to no avail. It doesn't leave any error messages either, my brother will come back from his computer and see hexchat no longer in the task bar and have to re-open it. We used the x64 installer from the hexchat website. How long he stays on IRC varies, sometimes he can be on for a few days, others for just a few hours. The computer doesn't go to sleep and stays on 24/7, it does however turn off display after awhile.

HexChat 2.16.1 [x64] / Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (x64) [Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v3 @ 3.50GHz (3.50GHz)

Please let me know if there is any more information or debugging you need. Would really like to figure out what has been causing this issue since I setup this computer in 2021 for my brother.
