Save As, Default to Origin Folder

in the event that drawio is launched from the file system
*(e.g., via double-click on a .drawio file)

enhance the >File >Save As feature to default to the file open folder
(i.e., the same folder from which the file was opened

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open an existing xx.drawio file in a folder using the desktop version of draw.io
Click >File >Save As

Expected behavior
I would expect the origin/source folder to be the default save as location.

draw.io version 24.1.0 on desktop

OS: Windows 10

Typical Use Case
open document (e.g., Chart v1.drawio
edit document
save as with version increment (e.g., (Chart v2.drawio

as built,
user must rename the file PRIOR to opening, then use SAVE,
or use SAVE AS, then go find the file and move to the correct/source folder ...

This also applies to export where (IMHO) it's almost more important. I am frequently saving .drawio files to git repositories and as a result by default I want the image to be a sidecar to the drawio file itself.
