Automatically send WOL packets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I open moonlight to connect one of my pc, it will automatically send WOL packages to another pc and wake it up. Please add a switch to control whether moonlight will send wol packages if pc is offline or not.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a switch in settings to disable automatically send wol package to an offline pc.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Disable auto wol when there is more than one pc is added to moonlight.
