Ideally I'll keep our fork in sync with upstream Darknet. However in case it's not possible I might add those changes later.

These changes are merely cosmetical and will not be tackled for v4 unless they become a bigger issue. I will keep the issue around hover if I change my mind.

Actually I might need to get the yolov4-416 file from the branch because I just noticed it is the default config used for YOLOv4 (non-tiny)
