I thought dict was included with html/templates.

I'm closing this as I cannot find information about dict in https://pkg.go.dev/text/template#hdr-Functions.

If you still think that this is a PocketBase error, please elaborate.

@ganigeorgiev Any alternative way to achieve what im trying to achieve? I dont want to have to define properties of an element in my handler.

IE I dont want to do this in my handler:

    data := InputData{
        Type:        "text",
        Id:          "username",
        Name:        "username",
        Placeholder: "Enter your username",
        Value:       "",
        Class:       "input-class",
    }

Trying and failing to build my own:

    const html = $template
      .addFuncs({
        dict: function(...values) {
          if (values.length % 2 !== 0) {
              throw new Error("Invalid dict call");
          }
          let result = {};
          for (let i = 0; i < values.length; i += 2) {
              if (typeof values[i] !== "string") {
                  throw new Error("Dict keys must be strings");
              }
              result[values[i]] = values[i + 1];
          }
          return result;
      }
      })

It does not respect ...values. What is my alternative?
